Chip Morris, LCSW

Chip Morris has 20 years of experience helping communities address the complex
issues of homelessness, substance abuse and mental health.Chip is currently the
Executive Director of Progressive Counseling Solutions, a private counseling
center in Monroe, Ga.  He has previously served as the coordinator of the Georgia
Crisis & Access Line, which provides 24/7 access to mental health and substance
abuse services across Georgia.  He has been a program manager of emergency
services, single point of entry and a local mental health clinic for Advantage
Behavioral Health in Athens, Ga.   Prior to his time with Advantage Behavioral
Health, Mr. Morris worked as a medical social worker in the home health setting
as well with Walton County DFCS providing child and adult protective services.  
Mr. Morris currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Georgia Coalition to End Homelessness.  He is also on the Board of Directors of
The Alcove Youth Shelter in Monroe, Ga., the Empty Stocking Fund of Walton
County and the Fare Thee Well Foundation in Madison, Ga.  Chip is a founding
member and former president of the Walton County Chapter of Habitat for
Humanity.  He also served on the start up team for the Athens Area Homeless
Shelter.Chip holds a bachelors degree from Georgia Southern University and a
Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia.  He is currently licensed
as a Clinical Social Worker. Chip is married to Candy Morris and has one son,
Caleb.  
Lorraine Driver, BSW, MSW

Lorraine E Driver is the owner and founder of Genesis Consulting, LLC. She has a
Bachelors degree in social work from Albany State University and a Masters
degree in social work from Clark Atlanta University. She also have 1
6+ years of
experience in social and community services. She worked successfully in various
fields of social work including community outreach, parent and personal coaching,
parent facilitator, mental health, medical, abuse & neglect, family preservation,
elderly, HIV, Brain and Spinal Cord Injury, functionally impaired, and their
families in residential settings and formal & informal facilities. She was featured
in the Community Notes- July/August 2005 , Jackson-Barrow (Now Athens Area)
Parent Magazine. Lorraine Driver is a mentor recruitment ambassador, Mentor
for the National Network of Youth Ministries. Lorraine Driver served on the CSIP
Safe and Drug Free Schools Advisory Committee for Barrow County Schools. She
is a member of the National Association Of Social Workers. She serves as the
Board Representative and Chair of the Northeast Georgia National Association of
Social Workers.  She is the founder of the Northeast Georgia CHADD. She is very
active in the community. She is a dedicated mother of two, a wife of 8 years, and
community advocate.
